Refund and Returns Policy

I. Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Product Integrity: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags, packaging, and accessories (such as free gifts, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc.) intact. For special products like undergarments and cosmetics, they must be unopened and the packaging must be sealed.
  2. Time Limit
    • 7-Day Unconditional Return and Exchange: Within 7 days from the date you receive the product, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for an unconditional return or exchange.
    • 30-Day Unconditional Exchange: Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product, if you only need to exchange for a different size, color, or style of the same product, you can apply for an unconditional exchange.
    • One-Year Free Repair for Quality Issues: Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is a quality problem with the product, we will provide you with free repair services. Quality issues include but are not limited to material defects, manufacturing process flaws, functional failures, etc. However, problems caused by human damage (such as self-disassembly, modification, improper use, accidents, etc.) are not covered by the free repair service.
  3. Proof Requirement: When applying for a return or exchange, please provide a valid shopping proof, such as order number, invoice, electronic payment record, etc., so that we can handle it quickly for you.

II. Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service staff within the specified time through our official website, customer service hotline [phone number], or online customer service platform, inform them of your return and exchange needs, and provide relevant order information and the reason for the return and exchange.
  2. Submit Application: The customer service staff will register your return and exchange application and guide you to fill in the return and exchange application form. Please fill in all the information in the form truthfully and ensure its accuracy.
  3. Send Back the Product: After the customer service staff approves your application, we will provide you with the address and shipping method for sending back the product. Please send the product back to the specified address as required and keep the express delivery tracking number properly for checking the logistics information. The freight bearing method for sending back the product is as follows:
    • For returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems, we will bear the round-trip freight.
    • For 7-day unconditional returns and exchanges and 30-day unconditional exchanges, if you choose the pick-up service, we will bear the corresponding freight according to the platform rules or through negotiation with you; if you choose to send it back by express delivery on your own, in the case of non-quality problems, the freight for sending back will be borne by you. We will refund the product payment (if any) or send out the exchanged product after receiving and verifying the product, and we will bear the freight for sending out.
  4. Inspect the Product: We will inspect the product after receiving it. If the product meets the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures according to your request; if the product does not meet the return and exchange conditions, we will contact you and explain the reason. You can choose to have the product sent back to you (with the freight borne by you) or give up the product.
  5. Refund or Exchange: For qualified refund applications, we will refund the product payment to your original payment account within 10 working days after inspecting the product. For exchange applications, we will send out the exchanged product within 10 working days after receiving and verifying the product you sent back.

III. Special Notes

  1. Customized products, fresh food, virtual products (such as electronic vouchers, online courses, etc.) and other products with special natures are not applicable to this return and exchange policy. In case of quality problems, we will handle them according to relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules.
  2. If the product you purchased participates in promotional activities (such as full reduction, discount, free gifts, etc.), when handling returns and exchanges, we will process the refund or exchange according to the actual payment amount of the product. If your return and exchange result in the order amount not meeting the conditions of the promotional activities, we will withdraw the corresponding discounts or free gifts. If the free gifts have been used or cannot be recovered, we will deduct the value of the free gifts from the refund amount.
  3. For products that need to be repaired due to quality problems, we will notify you in a timely manner after the repair is completed and send the product back to you according to the address you provided. If the product cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high during the repair process, we will negotiate a solution with you, such as replacing it with the same product or making a refund according to the depreciated value of the product.

This return and exchange policy takes effect from the date of issuance. In case of any unmentioned matters, we will handle them according to relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules.
